Salaries depend on location and the size of the firm e.g. mid-tier public practice, revenue of firm, or big four (four largest accounting firms).  A Tax Analyst  can earn $80,000 – $120,000 in Calgary while in the GTA the average salary ranges from $65,000 - $115,000 depending on the revenue of the firm.

A Public Practice Mid-tier Tax Manager based on GTA will earn a  salary of $105,000 - $130,000, while in Public Practice Big Four a Senior Tax Manager can earn up to $180,000.
