About the survey
In conducting our research across 26 countries, we surveyed over 15,000 workers on learning and the ways in which it relates to their professional career. We also asked over 5,000 hiring managers for their views on upskilling and how their organizations and employees approach it.
What is a learning mindset?
Hays and Go1 define a learning mindset as a person’s orientation to upskilling. Those who show a positive attitude, high levels of aptitude and make themselves available to learning new skills, are considered to have a high learning mindset.
