Our client needed technical support specialists to help with product rollouts, reimaging and operating system migrations for various remote locations including Isle de la Madeleine (North Atlantic island), Montreal, Saskatoon, Regina. It was extremely difficult finding candidates who were willing to relocate to these locations for a two-to-three month duration.
