Salaries across the board for IT roles are highly competitive and vary depending on location.

An Enterprise Architect in Cloud can earn $180,000 - $200,000.

In Cyber Security, Vice-Presidents earn the highest salaries with rates of up to $210,000 for a Security Operations Center VP and $200,000 for a Governance, Risk & Compliance VP.

In Infrastructure, Enterprise and Solution Architects can earn between $120,000 - $145,000 and in Leadership a CIO TSX 60 could be looking at a salary of between $380,000 - $400,000, a CTO SME could earn between $180,000-$200,000 and a Head of IT Security between $175,000 - $185,000.

Full Stack Developers can command a salary of around $120,000 per year, and QA Analysts can receive salaries starting around $70,000 a year to $100,000 depending on specialty, location and experience.

A Data Scientist can earn from $90,000 to $110,000.

Architects and leadership professionals can command the highest salaries. Cloud Enterprise Architects can earn $140,000 to $180,000, while Data Architects can earn up to $125,000 to $180,000.

Right now, there’s huge demand for experienced, ambitious and skilled professionals with niche tech skillsets.
