Human Capital Management veteran Kimball Norup joins Hays Talent Solutions

Hays Talent Solutions (HTS) announced today the appointment of Kimball Norup as the new Senior Vice President, Head of Growth for Hays Talent Solutions Americas, the outsourced resourcing division of the specialist recruitment agency. Kimball brings nearly two decades of experience in the human capital management industry to the role, in which he will be working cross-functionally with HTS global leadership to build the strategic plan for the expansion of HTS in the Americas region. Kimball will be focusing on business growth and client acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell across the region.

Prior to starting with Hays, Kimball was SVP Marketing for TalentWave preceded by roles as General Manager of the West for MBO Partners, Chief Marketing Officer for M Squared Consulting and SVP & General Manager for Collabrus. Prior to that Norup was Senior Vice President of Marketing for the Nelson Family of Companies, including WorkforceLogic.
Earlier in his career he was a structural engineer, publishing entrepreneur, and ran a successful strategy consulting firm. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and an MBA with honors from the University of California, Davis.
