This will vary depending on the role and location. Facilities Managers in the GTA can expect salaries upwards of $100,000. Commercial Property Managers meanwhile, are paid $90,000 on average across the country, while Building Operators salaries have increased to an average of $65,000 across Canada. 

 A Maintenance Technician can earn up to $80,000 in Vancouver.
