Hiring - Workforce & Learning Development Manager - Full-Time Opportunity in Burlington, ON

Your new role

Based in Burlington, the Workforce & Learning Development manager is responsible to create and implement an organizational training strategy and also to work with partner universities to ensure a pipeline of talent for our rotational engineering program.

Role+Responsibilities

  • Creation, development and implementation of talent (learning) development program within the organization
  • Creation, development and/or delivery on internal training programs (soft skills)
  • Collaborate with HR Manager to determine future competencies and skills needed for the organization (workforce planning)
  • Collaborate within the organization to ensure our workforce development initiatives and activities are proactive, strategic, effective, innovative, and industry-leading so that current and future talent that has been identified is ready for the needs of the organization
  • Build and optimize partnerships with strategic universities, community colleges to introduce and promote Endress+Hauser to students for talent pipeline to rotational programs


What you'll need to succeed

  • Any Bachelor’s degree with a demonstrated experience in human resources, adult learning, organizational development, or related field
  • Experience in design and implementation of learning strategy in an organization
  • Collaborative and consultative business partner in an evolving organization where quality learning, coaching, and retaining of new employees was critical for success
  • Ability to think strategically and practice mutual influence
  • Presentation skills for various audiences (e.g. business partners, school partners, leadership)
