We are seeking a highly experienced VP of Construction to oversee and manage all aspects of construction for 4-6 storey woodframe projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading successful construction projects and possess a strong systematic approach to construction management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction for multifamily projects.

- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure the product design is feasible and practical.

- Create and manage work flows, communication, and scheduling using the latest technology.

- Build strong relationships with all stakeholders involved in the project, including contractors, vendors, and clients.

- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues that may arise during the construction process.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on multifamily projects.

- Strong knowledge of 4-6 storey woodframe, condo/apartment, and purpose-built rental construction.

- Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion.

- Proficient in the latest construction technology to implement effective work flows, communication, and scheduling tools.

- Excellent relationship building and communication skills, both written and verbal.
