You will be joining a real estate investment, management, and development firm with over 40 years of experience in Canada. They have a diverse portfolio that includes industrial, retail, office, and undeveloped land. The firm focuses on long-term investment objectives and tenant satisfaction to maximize ROI for its investors and shareholders.


Your new role

As Senior Property Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in maximizing the value and performance for a portfolio of industrial real estate assets. This hands-on leadership position demands a strong blend of strategic thinking, exemplary customer service, and teamwork. You'll oversee relationships with tenants, ensuring the spaces and services they provide empower their teams to focus on their core business.


What you'll need to succeed

You will have 7+ years of commercial real estate experience in property management, operations, maintenance, property accounting, and leasing. You possess strong communication and people skills, proven in building and maintaining relationships. You demonstrate resilience, passion, and commitment to timely delivery and accountability for results. Your expertise includes budgeting and building systems, and you thrive in fast-paced environments with competing demands. If you hold a CPM, RPA, or FMA designation, this is advantageous. Proficiency in Yardi and other property management technologies is essential. You are adept at office technology, including advanced use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
