Hays Recruitment has partnered with our client in Edmonton, who are presently seeking a Senior Property Manager to join the Team and to oversee their Residential portfolio in downtown Edmonton!

Your new role
As the Senior Property Manager, you will be accountable to the Assistant Vice President, Asset Management or Asset Manager for managing the day-to-day administrative functions for the Property Operations of the assigned residential portfolios to ensure adherence to budgets, while promoting and preserving positive resident relations. Will you be responsible for leasing, reviewing and approving lease agreements and also be available on call for emergencies.

Oversight of Marketing and Leasing
Tenant Relations
Budgeting and Reforecasting
Environmental, Health and Safety
Property Operations
Management of Staff

What you'll need to succeed

• CPM designation is an asset
• Minimum 5 years of related residential property management experience
• Working knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act
• Experience with Yardi is an asset
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
