We are urgently seeking an experienced SAP S4 Development Leader for a
10-month contract based in Toronto. Our client, a leading technology company (client name confidential), is looking for a skilled professional to lead their development team.

Your new role

• Leading a team of developers, both onshore and offshore.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Managing the end-to-end development life cycle, including code remediation from ECC to S4.
• Ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
• Providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
• Participating in client-facing meetings and maintaining strong communication.

What you'll need to succeed

• Development Leadership: Proven experience leading development teams, motivating team members, and driving successful project outcomes.
• Strong SAP Background: In-depth knowledge of SAP technologies, especially S4 HANA.
• Code Remediation Skills: Ability to migrate code from ECC to S4, ensuring compatibility and optimization.
• Team Management: Experience managing both onshore and offshore teams.
• Effective Communication: Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative Approach: A team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams.
