Your new role

  • Develop and execute targeted sales plans.
  • Business Development for growing business within an assigned industry and product focus.
  • Actively transition customers from competitive products to our products
  • Identify and develop new customers and opportunities within the Mining, Minerals, & Metals industry.
  • Establish and expand Endress+Hauser's presence on AMLs with key customers and prospects.
  • Technical liaison between Marketing and Sales to identify specific product and solution needs.
  • Monitor and manage the health of the sales pipeline, ensuring a robust flow of opportunities and consistent progress toward closing deals.
  • Drive strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Sales channel development activities aimed at target applications:
  • Joint field calls with specific visit objectives and follow-up plans.
  • Formal and informal training and development of key sales channel personnel regarding product, application and process for target applications.
  • Develop adoption strategies with key sales channel partners for key regional accounts.
  • Target specific technology or process influences, facilitate return on investment justification efforts on behalf of customers and lead/co-lead business development objectives for product, service and solutions sales.
  • Educate and train customers and sales channels on instrumentation best practices.

What you'll need to succeed

  • BS in Engineering or equivalent related experience
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, sales and/or application engineering, marketing, or other related industry experience
  • Travel required: 50%
