Your New Role

Quality Engineering plays a critical role in ensuring secure and responsible AI and application delivery in today’s new and emerging technology landscape. QE Analytics Team is supporting the acceleration of end-to-end life cycle of AI/ Gen AI enabled applications within the enterprise ecosystem in 2025 in partnership with multiple enterprise teams. This role will provide Gen AI capabilities development, testing and CICD integration support to the end-to-end QE framework to enable repeatable, scalable and autonomous path to production for Generative applications; key focus will be the ability to move quickly, learn, and pivot so that initial pilots can both add value to continuous quality as well as support the testing strategy on Gen AI path to production. Another key focus for this role will be to research industry trends and insights from DevOps, QE and Gen AI and provide recommendations to the QE team for go-forward strategies.

Responsibilities

This role will focus on bringing QE AI/ Gen AI initiatives to a seamless path to production, in collaboration with GEN AI CoE and other partner teams. Multiple use cases and pilots are being planned in the enterprise QE domain and the incumbent will provide support in the following areas - • Build, test, train, validate and deploy GenAI initiatives from the pre-prod to production environments • Build user-friendly documentation to support these Gen AI initiatives • Tight collaboration with Gen AI COE as well as demo of GenAI capabilities to partners and stakeholders In addition, this role will help • Understand the current QE Analytics frameworks, research industry trends and how it can be optimized further to address the gaps for Generative application validation • Provide support on POCs of new technology and tooling that can bring innovation and speed to Quality Engineering and continuous testing practices for AI/ Gen AI enabled applications • Work collaboratively with multiple technology teams within Quality Engineering, Gen AI CoE, Data & Analytics, Enterprise DevOps, Performance Engineering, Problem Management and relevant BU teams to support existing/ new initiatives and drive expected outcomes.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Strong background and experience with Data Engineering, AWS Cloud and AI/ Gen AI technology • Strong knowledge in database technologies and programming knowledge in SQL, Java, Python and AWS technologies such as Glue, RedShift, Lambda, EC2, Sagemaker, Titan, Bedrock • Understanding of Gen AI application development and processes at similar industry • Strong collaboration skills across a varied range of stakeholders • An eye for detail, good analytical & problem-solving skills • Background with QE Testing, DevOps, Business intelligence/ analytics is an asset • Understanding of industry Gen AI engineering & emerging practices • A demonstrated interest in Quality Engineering for DevOps, Data & Analytics • Confidence in positioning thoughts, sharing findings and recommendations with a diverse audience
