Commercial Sr. Project Manager Needed

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with clients and all project stakeholders
  • Manage and coordinate project design, budget, and schedule
  • Collaborate with the project team to discuss progress, risks, and solutions to meet scheduled dates
  • Provide strong leadership to team members to ensure project targets are achieved
  • Maintain, track, and report all financial aspects of the project, including forecasts and billings
  • Lead and implement the procurement process for subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
  • Reinforce company culture
Knowledge & Skills Required:
  • Minimum of 8 years of institutional/commercial construction experience
  • Construction-related degree/diploma preferred
  • Experience with Procore and MS Project preferred
  • Knowledge of pull planning techniques preferred
  • Willingness to travel to sites and work from site offices as needed
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, project management, and cost controls
  • Valid and clean driver’s license
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize responsibilities
  • Proven ability to take initiative and respect diversity
