A Real Estate Company in Vancouver is seeking a part-time payroll specialist for a 3-6-month contract.
Your new company
We are seeking a Part-Time Payroll Administrator to join our team on a 3-6 month contract. This role is ideal for an experienced payroll professional with intermediate-level experience in Canada. You will be responsible for processing the semi-monthly payroll.
Your new role
- Process payroll using ADP Workforce Now.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist with benefits and pension administration.
- Perform journal entries and basic accounting/bookkeeping tasks related to payroll.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
What you'll need to succeed
- Payroll designation preferred.
- Intermediate-level experience in payroll processing.
- Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now (asset)
- Knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping for journal entries.
