• Establish and lead the Labour & Employment practice group.
• Provide strategic legal advice and representation to clients on a wide range of labour and employment matters.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor and guide junior lawyers within the practice group.
• Collaborate with other practice groups to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
• Drive business development initiatives to grow the practice.

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree.
• Admission to the Bar in Quebec.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in labour and employment law.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a successful practice.
• Strong business acumen and a substantial book of business.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
