Your new role

As the Residential Finishing Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating finishing crews, ensuring high-quality workmanship in the final phases of residential construction. You will oversee trim work, cabinetry installation, flooring, drywall, painting, and final inspections, working closely with site supervisors and tradespeople to deliver outstanding results on time and within budget.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong knowledge of finishing techniques, materials, and trade coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of Ontario building codes and safety regulations.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
