Job Title: Master Data Specialist
Job Type: Contract 3 – 6 months
Location: 2 days Hybrid in Mississauga

Your New Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Master Data Specialist to join our client’s team. This role involves managing three types of master data: item, customer, and vendor data. While customer data is reasonably well-controlled, there is a need to focus on item data for the sales team. The successful candidate will work with our ERP system, Epicor Prophet 21, to ensure data is accurately inputted, designed, built, and cleaned. Additionally, the role involves refining existing data and setting up approval keys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain item, customer, and vendor master data.
  • Focus on improving item data for the sales team.
  • Utilize Epicor Prophet 21 ERP system for data management.
  • Design, build, and clean existing data.
  • Set up approval keys and refine data processes.
  • Communicate effectively with managers and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the design and refinement of data management processes.

What You’ll Need:
  • Proven experience in master data management.
  • Familiarity with Epicor Prophet 21 ERP system.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
