Your new role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, conscientious, creative, and highly organized Marketing + Proposal Coordinator to support communication efforts and contribute to key marketing initiatives to help realize our ambitions for the future. The Marketing + Proposal Coordinator will report to our Marketing Lead.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Proposals
Actively research RFQs, RFPs, RFEOIs, and similar project opportunities
Lead and support the preparation of high‐quality, compliant proposals within strict deadlines
Act as key contact for proposals both internally and externally. Tasks will include circulating opportunities for consideration, facilitating Go/No-Go conversations, coordinating the involvement of Directors and other team members, communicating with procurement bodies, and consultant outreach and coordination
Support the development of persuasive and strategic content for proposals
Ensure that proposals are submitted on time and according to the submission instructions
Marketing
Support the development of high calibre written and graphic materials for award submissions, publications, and business development initiatives
Help manage Revery’s marketing database of photographs, drawings, and brochures
Ensure that internal project marketing resources are current
Ensure that Revery’s website is kept up to date and social media channels are active with compelling and strategic content
Assist with planning and preparation of materials for networking and promotional events, conferences, and speaking engagements
Develop and maintain relationships with marketing counterparts of clients and consultants
Research and keep current with social, technical, environmental, and aesthetic orientations of the architecture industry and of client sectors
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience developing proposals and award submissions for an architectural, interior design, or similar professional services firm
- Working proficiency in MS Office and InDesign (Photoshop experience an asset)
- Background or interest in architecture
- Expertise in social media content creation and management
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize demands
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and quality requirements
- Proactive attitude, natural curiosity, and ambition
- Result‐driven, adaptable, and able to offer solutions
- Eligible to legally work in Canada
