You will be joining a private, established real estate investment, property development, and property management organization specializing in industrial and commercial properties. They are known for their community involvement, contributing to charitable organizations that support children, animals, and healthcare institutions.

Your new role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will assist with various non-licensed maintenance and labour tasks, including interior work such as demolition, carpet and flooring installation, steel stud framing, drywall installation, commercial door installation, plastering, ceiling installation, painting, commercial cleaning, and building maintenance. Exterior duties include painting, masonry, groundskeeping, gardening, garbage and pest removal, litter pickup, roof maintenance, manual snow clearing, and window washing. Additional responsibilities involve assisting the lead hand, operating power tools, performing heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), and driving to worksites throughout the GTA.

What you'll need to succeed

You have 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably building maintenance or construction. You have experience working on industrial or commercial sites and the ability to work at heights. You are a team player with a positive attitude.

What you'll get in return

You will have the opportunity to join one of the largest privately held real estate companies in Canada, founded in the early 1900's. You will earn compensation with an annual base salary of $65,000 - $70,000 plus Benefits.
