Our client, a well-established real estate business, are looking for an Investment Analyst to join their team.

In this dynamic position, you’ll play a key role in expanding a portfolio of development and investment properties across the GTA. Your responsibilities will span financial analysis, market research, transaction management, and database tracking. You’ll also gain exposure to development, construction, and sales aspects, providing a well-rounded understanding of real estate investment.

To succeed in the role of Investment Analyst will need to have 1-2 years of relevant experience and a background in business, finance, or accounting. Strong financial and analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel and other software, and a keen interest in real estate will be essential. You should be detail-oriented, confident, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment..
