• Serve as the key point of contact on HR data management and analysis in the HR projects team.
• Collaborate across the HR PMO, HR Reporting, Cost Accounting, and other key Corporate Function stakeholders to define data requirements and objectives.
• Identify, collect, and validate HR and cost data from various sources.
• Apply data quality and governance standards to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Use appropriate tools and techniques to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, gaps, and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver data analysis reports and presentations, using charts, graphs, tables, and dashboards.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to project stakeholders and senior management.

• 6+ years of experience in the field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in data analysis, data visualization, and data management
• Knowledge of HR metrics, benchmarks, and best practices preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
