Your new role

As part of your responsibilities, you will foster a construction health and safety culture in daily operations. You’ll provide input during the design phase, develop project execution plans (PEP), and address technical challenges on-site in a cost-efficient manner. Leading on-site construction operations, you’ll oversee safety, client interactions, procurement, quality, and execution. Additionally, you’ll navigate change/scope creep, maintaining control while balancing costs, schedules, and personnel. Your approach will nurture collaboration, integrity, and open communication with clients and subcontractors, creating a harmonious environment where the concept of “one team” prevails.

What you'll need to succeed

Candidates must have a College or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent field, along with over 10 years of construction experience. Proficiency in pressure piping code requirements and TSSA standards. Effective communication and resilience under pressure are essential. Ultimately, your collective experiences and abilities matter most for this critical role.
