Job Description:
As an FP&A Analyst in our dynamic financial organization, you will play a crucial role in improving processes within a thriving environment. You will be responsible for an array of tasks including budgeting support, forecasting, activity analysis, among others.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the FP&A framework supporting budgeting, forecasting, activity analysis.
  • Collaborate with various departments for the development of KPIs.
  • Analyze data trends and provide insights.
  • Ensure models are accurate.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, commerce or administration
  • CPA title is considered an asset
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Analytical mindset and superior learning ability; team spirit; attention to detail, very organized and proud to provide complete and accurate information
  • Natural communication skills and ability to quickly adapt to interlocutors at different levels
  • Comfortable in a large and complex organization, composed of several divisions and sites
  • Analytical mind and business sense, liking to tackle problems at the root
  • Knowledge and mastery of accounting and financial systems and software; knowledge of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint, Power BI is essential; Power Query, D365, RECY, Maximo, will be considered an asset.
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines in a growing environment
  • Bilingual (French/English) spoken and written.
