• Security Integration: Embed security into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
• Infrastructure Development: Design, implement, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure.
• Automation & Tooling: Deploy tools to detect vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and compliance issues.
• Collaboration & Training: Promote security awareness and best practices across teams.
• Threat Modeling & Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate risks in applications and infrastructure.
• Incident Response: Lead detection, response, and mitigation of security incidents.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure alignment with standards like SOC2, FedRAMP, etc.
• Performance Monitoring: Define and track key security metrics.
• Cloud Security: Oversee security in cloud environments (e.g., GCP, Kubernetes).
• Vulnerability Management: Conduct assessments and manage patching strategies.
• Policy Development: Establish and maintain DevSecOps policies and frameworks.
• Operational Support: Assist with cloud infrastructure and internal IT operations.
• Client Advisory: Provide guidance to clients deploying solutions on their own infrastructure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a DevSecOps role.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Helm, and Git.
• Experience working with agile development teams and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Reviewing incidents in a daily stand-up.
• Responding to real-time production events.
• Leading improvement projects across various technologies.
• Participating in audits, fixing CVEs, testing security tools, or helping clients deploy on AWS.
