Your new role
This position plays a vital part in the technical development of design projects, supporting efforts from early planning through to detailed documentation. Under the guidance of a senior team member, the role involves producing technical drawings, conducting research to inform material and system choices, and contributing to spatial planning and documentation. Proficiency with digital drafting tools, particularly Revit, along with a solid understanding of building systems and standards, is essential. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments, with an interest in diverse project types and settings.
*This is an in-office position**North American Travel required*
What you'll need to succeed
3 to 5 years of professional experience as an Architectural Technologist within an architectural or commercial design firm.
Project experience in commercial, commercial TI's, technical/control rooms would be an asset.
Diploma in Architectural Technologies (2-year program) or equivalent, obtained from a recognized institution in North America.
Ability to travel across North America without restrictions, and attend multi-week training sessions during the first year of employment.
Demonstrated experience working on commercial or mixed-use projects within the North American market.
