This is a growing commercial real estate company throughout Canada that is involved in investment, development and property
Management.


Your new role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator with a keen interest in real estate and strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting our team, and contributing to our overall success.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Monitor general email inbox and determine appropriate action

  • Handle incoming calls, emails and inquiries from tenants and other stakeholders

  • Respond to repairs and maintenance requests

  • Prepare deposit slips for receivables throughout the month

  • Review tenant insurance policies

  • Review utilities’ invoices and determine accuracy

  • Read tenant leases and contracts

  • File and retrieve documents

  • Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient workspace.

  • Other clerical duties, such as arranging couriers and sorting incoming mail and packages, directing incoming calls to the appropriate person


What you'll get in return

$60-65K depending on experience, 3 weeks of paid vacation, extended healthcare benefits
