Your new role

As the new Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Clerk, you’ll be a crucial support to the finance team, reporting directly to the Controller managing:

• Subcontractor invoicing across multiple divisions
• AR processes across multiple divisions
• Handle progress billing, cash receipts, and vendor payments using the organization’s ERP

What you'll need to succeed

Note: Only candidates with construction industry experience will be considered.

• Proven AR/AP experience in the construction industry is a must.
• Solid knowledge of subcontractor invoicing, progress draws, and billing accuracy
• Hands-on experience with comparable ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader MS Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Comfortable with a steady, long-term role without progression expectations
