A leading Saskachewan Commercial Real Estate and Investment company is seeking a new Accounting Manager to join their team in Saskatoon.

Your new role

Reviewing monthly financial statements for multiple commercial real estate holdings Preparation of corporate year-end working papers Analytical analysis Preparation/review of yearly occupancy cost reconciliations Prepare/review limited partnership year-end working paper files, financial statements (both ASPE and IFRS) and related tax documentation Assist in HR related duties and management of department staff

What you'll need to succeed

Qualifications and skills required would include:

Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in an accounting leadership role Ambitious self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines High attention to detail Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

Beneficial experience would include:

Experience with Yardi and Caseware/Caseview software Exposure to related entity accounting IFRS financial statement preparation Commercial real estate industry exposure
