Your New Role

As an Account Representative, you will work with automotive collision repair shop customers to grow their market share.

  • Execute the business strategy and drive sales growth in the local markets through identifying customer and market needs within assigned market responsibility. We are looking for a solid 'hunter'!
  • Increase sales growth by developing market potential through forecasting, leading generation, qualification, closing sales and recommending new products and services.
  • Manage existing relationships and develop new ones.
  • Establish trust and value in our ever-changing industry.


What you will Need

  • Professional sales experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Robust relationship-building and value-based selling skills.
  • 5+ years of Automotive Refinish industry sales experience and customer relation.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
