Your new role
In this role, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager and working with a team of Building Operators who you will be splitting the portfolio with. You will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of a commercial and retail portfolio. The ideal candidate will have worked in a maintenance or building operations role on commercial or retail properties. You will take a customer service approach to tenant communication and be comfortable being mobile.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working in a maintenance technician / building operator role on commercial properties.
- Experience being tenant facing.
- Knowledge & experience of Building Systems.
- Must be available for on call rotation.
- Valid BCDL and personal vehicle.
