With operations spanning North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, the firm is known for high-profile urban developments and a strong focus on sustainability. Its assets under management exceed CA$87 billion, and it plays a major role in shaping landmark properties in major cities worldwide.

Your new role

In this role, the Assistant Property Manager (APM) will collaborate with the property management team on key site initiatives and projects while providing outstanding service to all property stakeholders. Alongside the Senior Property Manager (SPM), the APM will support, oversee, and be accountable for site and tenant related matters. In the absence of the SPM, the APM acts as back-up for that role. Professional designations such as RPA or CPM (or enrollment in such programs) are considered an asset. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building tenant and team relationships, along with excellent time management and the ability to perform under pressure. The role requires analytical thinking, sound decision-making, and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, solid financial acumen, and a readiness to take on increasing responsibilities are also key.

What you'll get in return

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary of $85,000–$90,000 per year, along with a performance-based bonus of up to 10%. The compensation package includes comprehensive benefits, retirement plans, three weeks of vacation, and five personal days annually.
