A well-reputed personal injury law firm in Ontario is seeking an Associate Lawyer to join their team.

This firm represents clients in all areas of personal injury law, including premises liability, medical malpractice, product liability, institutional sexual assault, and disability benefits claims. Your new role

As an Intermediate or Senior Personal Injury Associate, you will be part of a dynamic litigation team with lawyers at all levels of seniority. You will be provided with a full caseload, legal administrative support, and access to practice management software that enables effective remote work. You are not expected to bring in your own files.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Represent clients in various personal injury cases, including premises liability, medical malpractice, product liability, institutional sexual assault, and disability benefits claims.
  • Manage a full caseload with the support of legal administrative staff.
  • Participate in trial experience and ongoing professional development.
  • Utilize practice management software for effective remote work.
  • Collaborate with colleagues at all levels of seniority.

What you'll get in return

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent degree from an accredited law school.
  • License to practice law in Ontario.
  • At least 4 years of experience in personal injury law (Open to candidates with an insurance defence background)
  • Strong litigation skills and experience in handling personal injury cases.
  • Ability to manage a full caseload and work effectively with legal administrative support.
  • Proficiency in using practice management software.
  • Commitment to professional development and mentorship.
