Your new role

As a Bilingual Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for the full-cycle Accounts Receivable processes for a portfolio. Your role will include:
  • Services billing, managing ins/outs, adjustments, processing payments, and monthly reconciliations.
  • Working closely with both French and English-speaking stakeholders, ensuring accurate financial records and top-tier customer service.
  • ERP proficiency in handling billing inquiries, financial adjustments, and compliance requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 2–4 years of Accounts Receivable experience
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Experience with lease agreements, billing adjustments, and EFT processing
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and work independently
  • Customer service focus, as many internal stakeholders primarily speak French
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP softwares
