Your new role

As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading architectural projects from concept through completion. You’ll coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure that all aspects of the design and construction process align with the firm’s high standards for innovation, sustainability, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and documentation of architectural projects across various sectors.
  • Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Conduct site visits and oversee construction administration to ensure design intent is realized.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability goals.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
  • Registration with a provincial architectural association (or eligibility).
  • 5–10 years of experience in architectural practice, including project leadership.
  • Strong design portfolio with experience in complex, high-profile projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modelling tools.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for sustainable design and community-focused architecture.
