Your new role

The successful candidate will be talented and creative. You will be working on a range of different projects including institutional, public, commercial, and residential projects. Your role will be to integrate with the firm’s unique approach to design and to the creation of innovative and transformative buildings. You will work with our Principals, Senior Architects, and the project teams to develop the concept design throughout all design phases, Produce drawings and documentation, through the full design process or during a particular stage, in a timely and orderly manner, and in alignment with the firm’s high standard of quality. You will support or lead various design components or project activities, spanning from early concept to completion. The successful candidate will work with large project consultant teams to ensure tight coordination of drawings and Revit models, assist in the development of accurate and complete specifications, assist in Construction Administration of projects, including site visits, and related office documentation and assist in managing and mentoring junior architects.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years' local experience, in a variety of market sectors, with an emphasis on large residential, mixed‐use, or civic developments. You will have a strong technical capacity for developing building component drawings and details, working knowledge of building construction practices and details, a strong ability to coordinate with external consultants and translate this information into design and construction documents. Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and/or AutoCAD. Outstanding time management skills and self‐motivated approach are critical to your success in this role. The successful candidate will be result‐driven, adaptable, team‐spirited, and able to offer solutions. You will be Passionate about learning new technologies and systems, understanding of regulatory codes and standards, excellent graphic communication and presentation skills, excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills, individually and as team player.
