Process Lead Print & Fire

Your new company

Our client is a leading microelectronics manufacturing and engineering firm founded in 1987 specializing in the miniaturization, design and manufacture of custom microelectronic circuits. They offer unique electronic packaging design services for the medical, military, avionics, sensor and high-end industrial markets.

Your new role

  • Process development and prototyping
  • Process monitoring & optimization with statistical process control (SPC)
  • Root cause analysis (RCA) of process failures
  • Process failure mode & effect analysis (PFMEA)
  • Installation and qualification of equipment (IQ/OQ/PQ)
  • Writing standard operating procedures (SOP) for equipment
  • Periodic equipment preventative maintenance (PM)
  • Equipment failure inspection, troubleshooting and repair

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3–5 years of experience in the process and/ or manufacturing of microelectronic components
  • Experience in automation and mechanics
  • Experience in Thick and/or Thin Film Printing
  • Programming and software capability
  • Microelectronics materials and thermal experience
  • Ability to work with little supervision and to follow several processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Languages asked for: Spoken: French and English / Written: French and English
