Sr. Business Analyst

Your new role

Under the direction of the Assistant Director, Cyber Access Control:
• Support the project team and stakeholders across multiple departments to gather business requirements and produce key business artifacts using best practices
• Participate in information gathering and consultation with stakeholders to define business requirements as they relate to the deployment of various project phases
• Perform business process analysis, define and document current state and future state business and system processes
• Assist and conduct business analysis activities through active engagement with stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and presentations with technical and non-technical resources and document functional and non-functional solution requirements
• Prepare detailed specifications documents that will be used to evaluate, select, and test solutions
• Develop user acceptance test plans and/or participate in functional testing, acceptance testing and assist with end- user training
• Support and work with Bank employees during evaluations and deployments of solutions
• Develop and deliver communications to the Bank’s clients and stakeholders
• Develop end-user documentation, guidelines, visuals, and training materials
• Other activities and deliverables, as required

What you'll need to succeed

• University degree or college diploma in computer science, engineering, or business administration
• A minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in business analysis, managing broad internal and external stakeholder relationships
• A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst working on the large-scale projects involving technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including Conditional Access, Identity Governance, Entitlement Management, and Cloud-Based access controls (Conditional Access Policies, MFA, SAML, Oath)
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and principles
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and migrating from one enterprise Access Management solution to another
• Demonstrated experience gathering, documenting, and validating complex business and technical requirements across departments and translating them into user stories
• Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and analyze complex issues, diagnose multi-dimensional problems and devise insightful/appropriate responses or strategies to address them
• Demonstrated ability to communicate to all levels of an organization, using clear and compelling written products and oral presentations/briefings
• Demonstrated knowledge of system development methodology, including a commitment to the success of the testing phases and processes
