Development Manager

We have partnered with a Development Advisory and Owner’s Representative firm focused on delivering transformative infrastructure and housing projects in partnership with Indigenous Nations.

The Opportunity:
We’re hiring a Development Manager to lead the execution of this landmark project. You’ll be a key driver in managing all aspects of project delivery—from schedule and cash flow to legal coordination and stakeholder engagement.

This is a high-impact role for someone who brings experience, leadership, and a passion for meaningful development.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead day-to-day management of a large multifamily development project
  • Set up and manage project schedules, cash flow tracking, and reporting systems
  • Coordinate with legal, financial, and design consultants
  • Ensure compliance with contracts and regulatory frameworks
  • Support procurement and construction management
  • Liaise with Indigenous partners and stakeholders
  • Help position the firm for future project acquisition and growth.
What You Bring:
  • 7+ years in real estate development, construction, or project management
  • Experience in multifamily or mixed-use development
  • Strong understanding of contracts, legal frameworks, and financing
  • Ability to work independently and bring structure to complex projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience working with Indigenous communities is a strong asset.
