Administrative Assistant

Your new company

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a company in Downtown Vancouver. This is a contract role for 4-6 week, with the potential to extend. This is full time hours, Monday-Friday


Your new role

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for the team.
  • Be the point person for visitors.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, boardroom bookings, AV support, and catering
  • Assist with the coordination of offsite meetings and travel.
  • Reconcile monthly credit card statements.
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director as needed


What you'll need to succeed

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative/support role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new technology.
  • Service-orientation, patience, and approachability.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
