Your new company
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a company in Downtown Vancouver. This is a contract role for 4-6 week, with the potential to extend. This is full time hours, Monday-Friday
Your new role
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for the team.
- Be the point person for visitors.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, boardroom bookings, AV support, and catering
- Assist with the coordination of offsite meetings and travel.
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements.
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director as needed
What you'll need to succeed
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative/support role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new technology.
- Service-orientation, patience, and approachability.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
