Our client is a heavy construction company specializing in a wide range of services, including
quarry operations, concrete supply, asphalt paving, and site development.
They also offer excavation, road construction, equipment rental, and trucking services.
They are looking for a Shop Supervisor that performs a full range of mechanical tasks—from minor maintenance (like oil changes) to complete teardown and rebuilds—within the scope of a 310S license.

Equipment Focus: Specializes in heavy equipment such as shovels, loaders, and dozers. Does not focus on trucks. Oversized or highly specialized tasks may be outsourced.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment including, Shovels, Dozers, Loader, Graders, Paving Equipment etc.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.

Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.

Collaborate with the operations team to schedule preventive maintenance and address urgent repair needs.

Valid 310T or 310S Certification.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy-duty equipment maintenance.

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
