Your New Role
As Senior Vice President, Fund Accounting – Private Assets, you’ll lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering fund accounting services to a portfolio of complex private equity clients. You’ll oversee operations, manage senior client relationships, and drive strategic initiatives to support business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of managers and senior professionals
• Oversee NAV calculations, financial reporting, and investor allocations for complex fund structures
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory standards, and client SLAs
• Manage client relationships, including onboarding, transitions, and ongoing service delivery
• Collaborate with business development and integration teams on pitches and new client setups
• Drive process improvements, implement best practices, and lead strategic projects
• Represent the firm in client meetings, industry events, and internal leadership forums
This is a newly created role due to business growth, with a clear and structured path to an Executive Vice President (EVP) position.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
• Experience: 12–15 years in private equity fund accounting, ideally within a fund administrator or fund manager
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA designation is a plus
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams, experience leading teams of 20-30+
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of US GAAP and private equity structures
• Client Management: Skilled in onboarding, transitions, and relationship building
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strategic Thinking: Experience leading pitches and collaborating with business development teams
