Property Administrator - Vaughan
Your new company
You will be joining a dynamic and expanding commercial real estate development and property management firm that builds approximately 1 million square feet annually, exclusively within the Greater Toronto Area. The company currently manages a portfolio of 7.2 million square feet, primarily located in Vaughan, with one property in downtown Toronto. The portfolio is largely industrial, complemented by a selection of office and retail properties.
Your new role
This role supports various areas including sending invoices, tracking payments, following up on outstanding balances, and preparing financial reports. It also involves creating lease documents, issuing notices for maintenance and inspections, updating property logs, and assisting with compliance reporting. The role ensures smooth tenant communication, manages contact and access systems, handles service requests, and maintains organized records and files.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ local experience in commercial property administration, demonstrating a proactive mindset, a strong willingness to learn, and a commitment to professional growth.
What you'll get in return
The position offers a starting salary range of $50,000 to $60,000. Bonuses are awarded twice annually, in July and December. Benefits include dental coverage, prescription medication, eye exams, massage therapy, and access to a health spending account. Pension plan enrolment is also available.
