Bilingual Funding Officer
Your new company
We are seeking a Bilingual Funding Officer to join a Software company. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday 1pm - 9pm PT, with 1-2 weekend shifts per month. This is a fully remote role
Your new role
Manage and complete the loan adjudication process by validating supporting documentation and reviewing loan conditions
Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs)
Provide on the spot coaching to any merchants that require additional document policy training and build lasting customer relationships with Partners
Provide prompt, efficient, detailed customer-oriented service to all Partners and Borrowers, respond to all inquiries promptly and maintain detailed notes
Calculate financial ratios to evaluate customers’ financial worthiness.
Maintain knowledge of lending requirements, internal policies and procedures, and compliance and regulatory requirements
What you'll need to succeed
Bilingualism in French is required.
1-3 years of experience in financial services or call centre environment an asset.
Willing to learn consumer credit and lending practices.
