Bilingual Funding Officer

Your new company

We are seeking a Bilingual Funding Officer to join a Software company. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday 1pm - 9pm PT, with 1-2 weekend shifts per month. This is a fully remote role

Your new role

  • Manage and complete the loan adjudication process by validating supporting documentation and reviewing loan conditions

  • Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs)

  • Provide on the spot coaching to any merchants that require additional document policy training and build lasting customer relationships with Partners

  • Provide prompt, efficient, detailed customer-oriented service to all Partners and Borrowers, respond to all inquiries promptly and maintain detailed notes

  • Calculate financial ratios to evaluate customers’ financial worthiness.

  • Maintain knowledge of lending requirements, internal policies and procedures, and compliance and regulatory requirements


What you'll need to succeed

  • Bilingualism in French is required.

  • 1-3 years of experience in financial services or call centre environment an asset.

  • Willing to learn consumer credit and lending practices.
