Your new role

In this role, you will be supporting three property managers in overseeing the day-to-day maintenance of their residential rental portfolios. You will be joining a team of residential building maintenance and building management professionals. You will be responsible for supporting building projects and general maintenance tasks for the buildings and inside tenanted suites. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and able to work both independently and with a team. The successful candidate will have experience in residential rental building maintenance and working in tenanted suites. You will receive your schedule in advance.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 2 years’ experience in maintenance on rental buildings.
  • Valid BC Driver’s License, vehicle, and ability to provide a clean driver's abstract.
  • Experience with building management softwares. Angus is an asset.
  • Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50lbs.
