Your New Role
Reporting to the Senior Director, New Restaurant Development, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new drive-thru and urban locations across
Quebec and Atlantic Canada. You will play a key role in executing the regional development plan and supporting the broader real estate team with French-language expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new restaurant locations through site selection, lease negotiation, and acquisition.
- Prepare internal and external documentation to support real estate transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, consultants, and appraisers.
- Provide French-language support for leasing and property management matters.
- Conduct market research and site analysis to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute regional development plans.
- Travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned regions.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Minimum
3 years of experience
in retail real estate and a business degree or equivalent. - Bilingual in French and English
(verbal and written). - Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct financial and market analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- Experience in restaurant operations and familiarity with Google Workspace are assets.
