Your new role
As a Level 1 Helpdesk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related queries, providing timely and effective support to internal users. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by resolving technical issues and escalating where necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience with the Microsoft technology stack, including:
- Azure Active Directory
– user account management, password resets - Microsoft Teams
– user support and troubleshooting - Office 365
– basic administration and end-user support - Laptop re-imaging and deployment
using standardised tools and procedures - Printer setup and troubleshooting
across networked and local environments - Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset
