DevOps Engineer

Your New Role:
As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for managing build, release, deployment automation, and performance optimization. You will leverage your expertise in Azure cloud technologies, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and infrastructure automation to ensure efficient and reliable operations.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) highly preferred.
  • Expertise in Azure DevOps including Pipelines, Repos, Boards, Artifacts.
  • Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM/Bicep).
  • Deep understanding of Azure cloud architecture, security, monitoring, automation, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Azure data solutions (Synapse, Spark, Lakehouse architecture).
  • Ability to analyze complex infrastructure environments and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
  • 5+ years of DevOps and cloud infrastructure experience.
  • Proven experience managing CI/CD processes and automation using Azure DevOps.
  • Demonstrated experience in Azure infrastructure performance optimization, automation, and cost management.
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting data engineering teams using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, and related Azure technologies.
  • Prior DevOps experience in agile environments, particularly in non-profit or public sector organizations.
