Your new role

• Confirmation of customer orders
• Creation and maintenance of purchase orders
• Expediting of orders
• Creation of delivery notes
• Invoicing
• Creation and maintenance of material masters in SAP
• Creating estimation for air and ocean exports
• Maintenance of inventory
• Direct liaison for customer inquiries as to the status of their order
• Direct liaison with internal customers, including sales, accounting, service and marketing
• Any other duties as assigned

What you'll need to succeed

• A College Diploma or certification in procurement is preferred.

• Minimum 3–5 years in a similar role

• Intermediate to advanced computer processing skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

• Experience with SAP is an asset.
