Your new role
- Confirmation of customer orders
- Creation and maintenance of purchase orders
- Expediting of orders
- Creation of delivery notes
- Invoicing
- Creation and maintenance of material masters in SAP
- Creating estimation for air and ocean exports
- Maintenance of inventory
- Direct liaison for customer inquiries as to the status of their order
- Direct liaison with internal customers, including sales, accounting, service and marketing
- Any other duties as assigned
What you'll need to succeed
A College Diploma or certification in procurement is preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years in a similar role
Intermediate to advanced computer processing skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Experience with SAP is an asset.
