Seeking Casual Film Liaison to Work in Coquitlam on an ongoing contract

Your new company

Hays is currently partnering with a government organization seeking casual film liaisons to join their Coquitlam site for an ongoing contract. You will be asked to have flexibility to work shifts during the mornings, evenings, and some weekends.

Your new role

You will be responsible for the following duties.

• Enforces site policies and procedures
• Oversees building maintenance regarding the preparation of filming sites
• Ensure productions have posted all necessary permits
• Conducts regular reviews of physical locations
• Prepare and maintain daily log books, which contain all incidents that occurred
• Ensure effective communication between production and film supervisor/film
• Conducts daily patrols and prepares documentation

What you'll need to succeed

•Good knowledge of standard maintenance procedures and practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as function effectively as part of a team
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Effective communication and strong problem-solving skills
